● Personal Training
We provide personalized training to help you reaching your goals. Our Fitness Coach will discuss
with you on the training plan. If your goal is on weight loss our coaches will consult you on your
health, diet and exercise history before determining a plan to help you to shape up within certain
time frame. If you are at your ideal weight our coaches can help you improving your endurance,
strength, balance and flexibility.
● Group Training
We provide corporate group (after-work) fitness training. Group training is a great way to get fit and
have fun with friends, cutting down some extra weight or become more active and healthier together.
This may be the best possible start to serious fitness training in the future. We also provide fitness
workout session for non-working community at a very cheap rate to encourage healthy Malaysian.
Category of Physical Exercise
Exercise and physical activity fall into four basic categories—endurance, strength, balance, and
flexibility. Most people tend to focus on one activity or type of exercise and think they're doing enough.
Each type is different, though. Doing them all will give you more benefits. Mixing it up also helps to
reduce boredom and cut your risk of injury. Though we have described each type separately, some
activities fit into more than one category. For example, many endurance activities also build strength.
Strength exercises also help improve balance.

Health talk is a combination of learning experiences designed to help individuals and communities
improve their health, by increasing their knowledge and influencing their attitudes. We also provide
on-site exercise where your group will be guided in simple stretching and exercise in the workplace.
The on-site exercise aims to improve blood circulation, reduce stain and stress. Our consultant will
also recommend postures from the ergonomics perspective.

and placement of equipment are the main ways to combat this discomfort. We demonstrate some
simple exercises to relax your muscles and beat stress while you work.

Learn about what is stress, the symptoms of stress, how to tolerate stress, how to reduce stress and

tense at home. We show how to reduce their tense with simple exercise and how to exercise regularly
and stay fit at home.
Healthy Eating
Healthy eating means consuming the right quantities of foods from all food groups in order to lead a
healthy life. Diet is often referred to as some dietary regimen for losing weight. However, diet simply
means what food we eat in the course of a 24-hour, one week, or one month, etc. period. A healthy
eating plan gives your body the nutrients it needs every day while staying within your daily calorie goal
for weight loss. A healthy eating plan also will lower your risk for heart disease and other health
conditions.
